REIMBURSEMENT:

LESSOR shall not make any refunds after the execution of this agreement with LESSEE-USAGER unless; LESSOR shall have the right, in writing, to cancel a rental period for a day or evening, even if it means to compensate in time, credit or refund if already paid the rental price for said period, at the option to use the rented premises for a special event that the LESSOR deems of such importance as to warrant cancellation of the rental, upon 15 days' notice. However, this clause shall not apply to any special event of the LESSOR-USER which has been advertised, provided that the LESSEE-USER has given the LESSOR twenty-one (21) days written notice of the event.

LESSEE-USER shall have the right to request, in writing, an amendment to this agreement upon twenty-one (21) days' notice. However, amendments shall be approved by LESSOR for credit. The withdrawn slots will be applied to the LESSOR's file and applicable to other reservations within twelve (12) months according to option 1 or 2 below. The LESSOR reserves the right to control the time slots used when taking back credited hours. Any credit is calculated in money at the amount of the sale in this agreement and not in hours. No credit will be issued on any time slot that has been paid in part or in full with a previous credit.

If amendments are approved by LESSOR, credit to LESSOR-USER will be issued according to the following rules:

Option 1: If the amendment represents a reduction of less than thirty percent (30%) of this Agreement, a fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total credit shall be retained by the LESSOR as compensation for loss of guaranteed income.

Option 2: If the amendment represents a reduction of more than thirty percent (30%) of this Agreement, a fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total credit shall be retained by LESSOR as compensation for loss of guaranteed income.
