    About the Instructor: Grégoire Laforce

I’ve been a student of Josephine Anderson in Ottawa since 2014, but more recently, my primary role has been 'Papa' to my three children (aged 2, 5, and 8). After a few years away from teaching to focus on family, my own training, and the fine art of sleep, I’m thrilled to be back in the studio and leading a group again in 2026.
