A fun and imaginative introduction to dance! This class focuses on movement, rhythm, and play, helping preschoolers explore the joy of dance in a relaxed and supportive setting. Perfect for little ones experiencing dance for the first time, Creative Dance encourages self-expression, coordination, and confidence—while keeping the emphasis on fun!*The instructor is bilingual.

Acro Foundation (Age 5-9)
Saturdays, 9:45 AM - 10:45 PM,
From January 17, 2026 until March 28, 2026
Develop agility, strength and balance as you explore the wonders of acro dance! Our program invites you to cultivate a solid foundation by mastering the fundamental techniques of presses, flips, walkovers and balances. With a particular focus on safety, our course emphasizes active and constant listening to instructions to ensure confident progression. Join us for a dynamic adventure that will stimulate your body and awaken your artistic agility.Note: Wear comfortable clothing that you can move, tumble and flip in. Baggy clothes are not allowed due to safety.

Acro Advanced (Age 9-14)
Saturdays, 10:45 AM - 11:45 PM,
From January 17, 2026 until March 28, 2026
A challenging and dynamic class designed for students with prior acro experience. This program focuses on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and control while advancing technical skills such as front and back walkovers and other intermediate-to-advanced acro elements.Placement is determined by skill level rather than age to ensure safe and appropriate progression. Students may be initially grouped by age and later moved into the level that best suits their abilities as they advance.

A challenging class designed for students with prior acro experience. Placement is based on skill level to ensure appropriate progression (e.g., front walkover, back walkover). From mastering complex presses and flips to graceful transitions and balances, participants will explore advanced techniques and movements in a safe and supportive environment. Our experienced instructor will guide students step by step, ensuring a solid foundation while expanding their acrobatic repertoire, rhythm, and coordination.
Note: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement, tumbling, and flips. Loose clothing is not permitted for safety reasons.
