Join us for this weekly parent & child playgroup for children ages 0-5. This is a casual playgroup where you can meet other parents in the community and your child(ren) can enjoy some playtime together.

Little Rebels classes are carefully crafted and specifically designed Development and Music programs to encourage cognitive learning and muscle development. Not your average music class; each 45 minute class includes a series of fun activities, and Broadway, Rock ‘n’ Roll, Motown and Pop-inspired songs. Little Rebels incorporates tactile object play with all age groups, and working on mirror time and tummy time for our 2-6 month olds; crawling, standing, and walking activities for our 7-14 month olds, balancing, and creative story-telling activities for our 15 month olds and beyond! All of our curriculum choices are aimed at assisting these amazing tiny humans in reaching whichever milestone they’re ready for.

Babes in arms are welcome to attend free of charge with their older siblings.

Would you like to learn more about typical communication development in children aged 0 to 6? Looking for new strategies to promote speech and language during everyday activities with your little one? Do you have questions about how to access support in your community?

Join Holly Shaw, a registered Quebec speech-language pathologist, for the "Having Fun While Learning Language" bilingual workshop—offered during morning playgroup on November 27th. Parents are welcome to attend this free workshop while engaging with their child in play. (5$ playgroup fee still applies) The session includes a short presentation and Q&A period. Holly will model practical strategies to support interaction and build language through everyday routines like play, hand washing, music, and reading. You’ll also learn about typical communication milestones and how to access public and private supports.
