  • Yoga for Well-Being with Jo-Ann

    Mondays, 9:00 AM - 10:15 AM,

    This multi-level Hatha class is intended for anyone who is familiar with the basic* foundations of the practice of yoga, regardless of body type, age, and fitness and activity levels. It incorporates a mix of the guiding principles of yoga, in line with the Kripalu traditions of compassion and the very roots of yogic self-enquiry, taking into account each participant’s individual body-wisdom, and personal form of expression. This class includes the practice of classic poses (asanas), breath work (pranayama), the development of a quiet mind and the practice of deep relaxation.

  • Flow and Let Go with Cat

    Mondays, 5:15 PM - 6:15 PM,

    Flow and Let Go is a unique blend of energizing movement and deep relaxation. For the first half of the class, you'll engage in mindful postures designed to release tension and shift stagnant energy in the body. Then, transition into the serene calm of Yoga Nidra for the second half. This ancient practice, known as "yogic sleep," offers profound benefits for both body and mind, guiding you to a state of pure rest. Suitable for all levels.

  • Yin + Aroma Yoga with Cat

    Mondays, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM,

    Start date: Monday, September 8 2025.

    Experience a blissful fusion of Yin Yoga with essential oils to bring you into greater connection with your body and mind. Cat Doyle incorporates quality essential oils into the class, while expertly guiding you through an all-levels Yin practice.

    Yin yoga is practiced passively with longer held poses (2-6 minutes) mainly focused on the lower body. In the body, yin is represented by the stiffer connective tissues (ligaments, tendons and fascia) and joints. Energetically, yin is stable, solid and balancing.

    Essential oils work on many levels to shift your mood, physiological processes and your health. Therapeutic grade oils are used aromatically and topically to support your physical and mental health. Each week will consist of two different oils to give variety, expand your knowledge of essential oils, and have effects on your mind and body.

    Expect to leave feeling more relaxed, less stressed and smelling lovely!

  • Parent & Baby Yoga with Joanna

    A gentle parent-and-baby yoga class designed for postpartum recovery. Flow together with your baby to stretch, gently strengthen, relax, and share a peaceful bonding moment.

  • Wake Up & Flow

    Fridays, 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM

    From January 16, 2026 until March 27, 2026

    Start your day with intention, movement, and breath. This energizing morning flow will gently awaken your body, clear your mind, and set a grounded tone for the day ahead. Expect a short meditation to start, some warm-up movements, leading into a yoga flow, and ending with deeper stretches and relaxation. All levels welcome.

  • Vinyasa - Pilates

    Thursdays, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM,

     From January 15, 2026 until March 26, 2026

    A dynamic vinyasa–pilates class with deep stretching. Build strength with flow-based poses, and finish with deep stretching and relaxation using MFR (myofascial release) techniques—gentle pressure and stretching to release tension in the fascia, your body’s connective tissue. Your perfect midday reset.
