  • Functional Strength With Teri

    Mondays, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM,

    Start date: Monday, September 8 2025.

    Build strength and balance, enhance range of motion and endurance and improve flexibility in this functional conditioning challenge adaptable to your needs.

    With easy-to-follow exercises, we’ll vary up the movement each week for optimal results physically as well as mentally. Come ready to give your best trusting in the payoff.

  • Low Impact with Margarita

     Tuesdays, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM,

    Start date: Tuesday, September 9 2025.

    This class focuses on muscle building, cardiovascular endurance as well as balance and stability. The exercises performed alternate aerobic phases, strength training exercises and intervals, all accompanied by stability balls, dumbbells and resistance bands.

    This class is taught by Margarita, she has been a fitness trainer for 39 years and loves helping people adopt a healthy, active lifestyle with a fun attitude.
