  • Functional Strength With Teri

    Mondays, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM,
    From September 14, 2026 until December 14, 2026

    Build strength and balance, enhance range of motion and endurance and improve flexibility in this functional conditioning challenge adaptable to your needs.

    With easy-to-follow exercises, we’ll vary up the movement each week for optimal results physically as well as mentally. Come ready to give your best trusting in the payoff.

  • Low Impact With Amal

    Tuesdays, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM,
    From September 8, 2026 until December 15, 2026

    This class focuses on muscle building, cardiovascular endurance as well as balance and stability. The exercises performed alternate aerobic phases, strength training exercises and intervals, all accompanied by stability balls, dumbbells and resistance bands.. 

    *Classes are taught in english, instructor is bilingual.

  • Tai-chi

    Tuesdays, 7:45 PM - 8:45 PM
    From September 8, 2026 until December 15, 2026

    This class is designed for those looking to begin a Tai Chi practice. Whether you are brand new or have prior experience and wish to return to the basics, all are welcome.

    About the Classes

    • Form: We will introduce the Yang Cheng-fu form, as originally taught by Erle Montaigue.

    • Approach: Movements are taught slowly with an emphasis on detail, repetition, and mindful movement.

    • Environment: Class size is kept small to ensure everyone receives individual attention and guidance.

    What to Bring Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a pair of indoor shoes.

  • Elevate with Otiena

    Thursdays, 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

    From September 10, 2026 until December 17, 2026

    A dynamic, full-body workout that combines the best of strength training, high-intensity intervals (HIIT), and aerobics with elements of barre and Pilates to sculpt, strengthen, and energize. Set to a fast-paced playlist, this challenging class features explosive cardio bursts and functional strength work designed to build endurance, power, and mobility.

    Modifications are offered throughout to make this accessible to all levels - leaving you feeling strong, empowered and accomplished. 

     

    Otiena Ellwand grew up doing Jane Fonda aerobics videos alongside her mom-- the start of a lifelong passion for movement and fitness. She loves challenging herself physically, from walking 3,000-km across New Zealand to competing in Hyrox Ottawa and the Meech Lake Sprint Triathlon this summer.

    A Canfitpro-certified Group Fitness Instructor, Otiena has been teaching community classes in Chelsea for about five years. It brings her immense joy to help others discover a genuine love of exercise too.

    First Timer & Beginner Shuffle Workshop

    Always wanted to learn how to shuffle but didn't know where to start? This workshop is for you.

    Designed for complete beginners and anyone looking to build a strong foundation, you'll learn the fundamentals of shuffle dancing in a fun, welcoming, and judgment-free environment.

    We'll cover:

    • The basic Shuffle and Cutting Shapes steps

    • Footwork technique and timing

    • How to connect your moves into simple routines

    No dance experience is required. Whether you're coming for the workout, to meet new people, or because you've always wanted to dance at festivals or events, this class is all about having fun and enjoying the process.
