    Color & Mood – Interior Design Workshop

    Discover how colors can influence our emotions and create your own personal color palette!

    This fun, hands-on workshop introduces children and teens to the exciting world of interior design. Participants will explore the basics of color, space planning, measurements, and creative visualization through engaging activities.

    Our instructor is bilingual and the workshop will be hosted in both French and English.

  • Connect and Communicate While Having Fun

    Would you like to learn more about typical communication and play development in young children? Are you looking for strategies to support speech, language, fine motor, and social development in everyday routines? Do you have questions about accessing community supports?

    Join Holly Shaw, Speech-Language Pathologist (OOAQ, SAC), and Shannon Gravelle, Occupational Therapist (Quebec and Ontario), for the free bilingual workshop “Connect and Communicate.”

    Holly Shaw is a pediatric speech-language pathologist with over 10 years of experience supporting children aged 0–10 in natural environments to develop communication skills.

    Shannon Gravelle is a pediatric occupational therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting children aged 6 months to 18 years in areas of sensory processing, regulation, motor skills, play, and daily life skills using a neurodiversity-affirming, family-centred approach.

  • Art & Mindfulness (8-12 ans)

    Tuesdays, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
    From September 8, 2026 until October 13, 2026

    A series of art therapy workshops where participants will explore a variety of artistic mediums. Through creative activities, children will build self-esteem, develop self-awareness, and express their thoughts and emotions in a supportive environment. During the final two sessions, participants will design and create an artwork of their choice, applying the skills and techniques they have learned throughout the program.

    Nadia is bilingual and the workshop will be hosted in both French and English.
