The vision of this program is inspired by the need to have a positive impact on childrens' health by way of soccer. This bilingual program uses soccer to let children learn the values of good sportmanship and to help them develop their personalities while practicing sports in a healthy environment.This program is based on skills, drills and technique, while having lots of fun!

Table Tennis (9-13)

Join us for an engaging session designed to introduce table tennis to youth! This program focuses on enhancing coordination, balance, and cognitive skills through a fun and dynamic activity. It offers a stimulating way to stay active while enjoying the social and physical benefits of the game. All equipment is provided!Iryna Shevchenko, a Ukrainian table tennis champion and coach, has achieved numerous regional titles and was the Ukrainian Women's Doubles Champion. She earned a Master’s Degree in Table Tennis Coaching and Physical Training from the National University of Sports of Ukraine (2005-2010) and holds certifications in Europe and Canada. With 14 years of coaching experience, Iryna is known for her passion for the sport and ability to connect with students in both English and Ukrainian. In 2016, she became the Champion of Ontario in Women's Singles and now continues her coaching career in Aylmer after previously offering private coaching in Toronto. Her dedication to promoting an active lifestyle inspires many, and her accomplishments in the field of sports continue to inspire others to pursue their athletic dreams.
Iryna speaks English and Ukrainian, and is working on her French.
