Centre Meredith and Fondation Chelsea Launch Athlete Support Policy.

The Centre Meredith and the Fondation Chelsea are proud to announce the launch of the Athlete Support Policy, a new initiative recognizing and supporting Chelsea residents who compete at the provincial level or higher across all sports disciplines — including para-athletes.

As part of our shared mission to promote health, well-being, and community pride, the program provides complimentary, limited access to Centre Meredith facilities for training, conditioning, and community engagement. Support may include:

- Fitness Centre membership access

- Non-peak ice time

- Soccer field and meeting room access

- Use of the banquet hall for athlete fundraising events

“This program is about celebrating the hard work and dedication of athletes who represent our community on bigger stages,” said Amanda DeGrace, Directrice Générale of Centre Meredith. “We’re proud to provide a space that supports both their physical and mental development while keeping the community connection strong.”
