Introducing Our First Community Guide & Youth Kit Initiative

We’re proud to launch a new initiative aimed at supporting and empowering youth in our community through accessible, practical resources.

As part of this effort, we’ve created and are now distributing our very first free guide: The First Job Interview Survival Kit. Designed especially for teenagers preparing for their first job opportunities, this guide offers clear tips, helpful advice, and simple dos and don’ts to help them feel more confident and ready to take that next step.

This guide is being shared both online and through physical kits distributed within the community, making it easy for young people to access and engage with the content in a way that feels approachable and relevant to them.

This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to creating supportive, inclusive spaces where youth can learn, grow, and build confidence. By providing tools like this, we hope to make those first important experiences—like a job interview—feel a little less intimidating and a lot more empowering.

Our goal is simple: to grow together, support one another, and move forward as one strong community.
